Great News! All of our summer programs are available for FREE TUITION if you fill out and submit a SCALE application by July 25th, 2018 (just extended!). You will only need to pay a $35 registration fee for each class or camp your student is registering for! One SCALE application is needed per FAMILY, but all necessary documents (immunization records and copy of birth certificate) will be required for each student registering with SCALE. You will need to register your student online for each class or camp they would like to take and then mail in or drop off payment for the registration fees on or before the first day of class/camp. Please note that private lessons are not included and you will need to pay full tuition for private lessons for our 8 week summer session. So, there are three actions you need to take in order to register your student(s) for our programs and receive free tuition:
1) Register each student for each program they wish to take through our online forms listed under each program below.
2) Print, fill out and submit one SCALE application per family, with ALL necessary documents via mail or in person HERE.
3) Pay your registration fees ($35 for each program) on or before the first day of class or camp HERE.
Collaborative Arts Camp 2018
You must register online AND print, fill out and return SCALE application in order to receive free tuition. $35 registration fee applies for all registered students.

Get ready for an exciting new opportunity! The Azusa Conservatory of Music is offering an additional camp this summer where the students will be preparing a staged version of Elijah by Felix Mendelssohn. In addition to their chosen emphasis of Choir, Orchestra or Art and Set Design, all students will have the opportunity to participate in art and composition.

Camp information
Rehearsal Schedule: 4 Saturdays (May 12, 19th, June 2 and 9) from 9:30 am-11:30 am, followed by a week-long intensive camp June 11-15th from 8:30 am-4:30 pm daily. Performance: June 16th at 3:00 pm in Munson Chapel Each Student will register for one of the following:
Registration Fee: $35 Tuition: $200. Tuition is waved if you register with SCALE Academy!!! We will have application up on the website by May 2nd, 2018. |

Summer Session 2018

Worship Band
This group is highly engaged in online social media. They cover and write contemporary Christian rock and worship music and perform at local churches around southern California. They are currently working on promoting an EP (4 song album) that they are releasing April 21st and writing a full album of original music. The ages currently range from 11-18 and this is an intermediate to advanced level group.
Prerequisites: No age requirement, By Audition Only. Recommended 1-2 years experience on instrument before auditioning.
Instruments: Voice, Guitar, Bass, Electric Guitar, Drums, Percussion, Keyboard/Piano, any other instrument you would like to rock out on? We are open to have you play! Contact instructor for more information on instruments you may want to play on in our band.
Times and Dates: Saturdays, 9:30 am- 11:20 am from June 2- July 21st, 2018
Registration Fee: $35
Tuition: $125. Tuition is waved if you register with SCALE Academy!!!

Rock Band
Rock out this summer in a rock band style ensemble! Play today's greatest hits and compose your own rock music with a band while learning to read lead sheets and play with other musicians! This is a lower-intermediate to advanced level group.
Ages: 9 and up
Prerequisites: At least one year experience and basic understanding of instrument required.
Instruments: Voice, Guitar, Bass, Electric Guitar, Drums, Percussion, Keyboard/Piano, any other instrument you would like to rock out on? We are open to have you play! Contact instructor for more information on instruments you may want to play on in our band.
Time and dates: Saturdays 11:30 pm - 1:20 pm, from June 2 - July 21st, 2018.
Registration Fee: $35

NO SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
We offer private lessons on all instruments and voice. We have Professional Level teachers and Student Teachers Level who are APU music majors.
Ages: Depends on instrument and teacher preference.
Instruments: All.
Days and Times: By arrangement. Will be contacted after registration. Start week of June 2nd.
Tuition: Professional Lessons $240, Student Teacher Level $160. NOT eligible for SCALE application or free tuition..

(note: Most students are in the middle school- high school age range, but elementary age kids will be included if they have at least a year on their instrument.)
