MOLASMarch 4 sessions
Using layers of fabric, we will create a colorful composition based on the traditional art form of the Guna (Kuna) people. This indigenous tribe lives in the territory of today Panama and Colombia. In the native language of Guna, mola means -shirt- or - clothes-. |
COLLAGRAPHApril 3 Sessions
Collagraph is a way to reproduce fabric textures using paint. This printmaking technique is the perfect way to discover fabric’s imaginative uses and create gorgeous drawings. |
FINAL EXHIBITApril 28th
Final meeting with parents and guests to see the children’s wonderful work. |
